Offers

In the periods from May 3rd to May 17th and from September 20th to October 4th, a 5% discount per week is foreseen for the entire Dispensa farmhouse and 5% for two consecutive weeks for the Aia delle Cipolle apartment.

RATES INCLUDE:

  • bed and bath linen, kitchen linen; for stays of two weeks, any change is made on request, for a fee.
  • the consumption of electricity, gas, water, air conditioning.
  • cot and high chair (on request).

Services: washing machine, swimming pool (open from 1st June to 30th September), barbecue, children's play area, table tennis and outdoor table, chairs and sun loungers for each apartment.

TV and Wi-Fi network connection in each apartment.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
  • the additional bed, in the apartments La Dispensa 3 and Aia delle Cipolle (€ 35.00 per person).
  • weekly change of bed and bath linen (€ 10.00 per person).
  • 4-legged animals (small dogs and cats, one per apartment) € 20.00 per week.
  • the cost of final cleaning: € 50.00 for the La Dispensa apartments and € 60.00 for the Aia delle Cipolle apartment.

The Municipality of Castellina Marittima provides a tourist tax for people over 14 years of age: € 1 per day for a maximum period of 5 days.

From here it is possible to visit cities of art such as Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Florence, Arezzo and Lucca but also to visit the Tuscan coast and the most famous seaside resorts of the Etruscan Coast, with numerous beaches, both free and equipped, ranging from Castiglioncello to the Gulf of Baratti.

The result of a very recent renovation, respectful of the past but attentive to the needs of our customers, the apartments of the Farmhouse Le Badie have more than a thousand years of history, having been built in the two cottages that once constituted the agricultural annexes of one of the two. ancient high medieval abbeys, dedicated to San Salvatore, the remains of which can still be glimpsed in the holm oak scrub that forms part of the property of the company.
